4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third party payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorise Proplaunch to charge the nominated payment method for the amount agreed at the time of purchase.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed in writing

Proplaunch does not store your full credit card details - all card data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards

By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy


5. Recurring Payments & Subscriptions

Where a subscription or payment plan is offered:

You authorise Proplaunch to automatically charge your nominated payment method on the agreed billing cycle

You may cancel a subscription at any time by providing written notice to us at least 7 days before your next billing date

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - no partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle

Proplaunch reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if a scheduled payment fails and is not resolved within 5 business days


6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and educational nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless:

A refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

The service was not delivered as described at the point of purchase

A written refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase and access to materials has not yet been granted

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, we ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Proplaunch may result in suspension of your account and access to services while the dispute is under investigation.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, programs, frameworks, and resources provided by Proplaunch are the intellectual property of Proplaunch Pty Ltd and are protected under Australian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any Proplaunch materials without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
